Are you an experienced Print Account Manager who enjoys being close to the action?
I’m recruiting for an established and forward-thinking print business, who are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their client services team.
This is a genuinely hands-on Account Management role. You’ll be office based, working closely with Production and internal teams to ensure your clients’ projects move seamlessly from initial brief through to final delivery.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of your accounts and their day-to-day print requirements, becoming a trusted point of contact for your clients while keeping a close eye on what’s happening internally.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with key clients
- Taking and interpreting client briefs
- Managing print projects from enquiry through to delivery
- Coordinating quotations and costs
- Liaising frequently with Production around schedules, capacity and deadlines
- Managing artwork, proofs, amends and approvals
