Account Project Manager – Signage

The business handles everything from illuminated signage, fabricated letters and retail fascias through to large format graphics and complete multi-site signage rollouts.

With three significant new retail accounts coming into the business, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of some fantastic projects, working directly with major national brands.

You'll be based on-site, close to the manufacturing operation, allowing you to stay involved in every stage of production and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Taking complete ownership of key national retail accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
• Managing customer enquiries, understanding requirements and developing project briefs.
• Working closely with the design team to ensure concepts, specifications and technical drawings are accurate.
• Coordinating projects through estimating, manufacturing, production and installation.
• Managing multiple projects and national rollout programmes simultaneously.
• Keeping a close eye on production, checking quality and ensuring everything is progressing as planned.
• Liaising directly with production teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Managing timelines, budgets, installation schedules and customer expectations.
• Identifying potential problems before they become issues and taking responsibility for finding solutions.
• Building excellent relationships with customers and becoming someone they genuinely enjoy working with.
• Ensuring every project is delivered on time, to specification and to the standard the customer expects.

What Am I Looking For?

First and foremost, you MUST have a solid background in signage manufacturing.

You'll need to understand the entire process, not just how to manage a project on a spreadsheet.

Experience across fabricated signage, illuminated signs, retail fascias, large format graphics and multi-site retail rollouts would be particularly attractive.

You'll also need to be someone who is comfortable getting involved in the detail, speaking with production teams, checking work and making sure everything is right before it leaves the building.

Personality is just as important as experience!
