Business Applications Manager – Dynamics 365 BC/NAV

An established organisation based in Weybridge is looking for a Business Applications Manager to take ownership of its business applications estate, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV.
You’ll be responsible for the ongoing management, development and optimisation of the company’s core business systems, working closely with internal stakeholders, users and external partners to ensure Business Central/NAV continues to support wider business requirements.
The Role
- Take ownership of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV environment and wider business applications.
- Manage ongoing system improvements, upgrades, integrations and application projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Manage relationships with Microsoft Dynamics partners, third-party suppliers and internal technical teams.
- Oversee application support, troubleshooting and the resolution of business-critical system issues.
