$100,000-$170,000+ Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We are recruiting a proven freight forwarding salesperson for a leading global logistics provider experiencing continued organic growth. You will focus on winning new air and ocean freight customers across Chicago and the wider Midwest.

The Role

Win new-logo international freight forwarding business

Develop customers across air, ocean and multimodal solutions

Build and manage an independent sales pipeline

Conduct prospecting calls, customer meetings and solution presentations

Grow selected existing accounts and maximize gross profit

Requirements

Freight forwarding or international logistics sales experience

Genuine hunter mentality with measurable new-business wins

Able to demonstrate customers secured, GP generated and individual contribution

Strong phone presence and customer-facing communication skills

Stable career history and long-term individual-contributor ambitions

Broad industry exposure is preferred

Package

$100,000-$170,000+ base salary

10% commission
