About the Buyer Role
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Buyer to join a busy manufacturing environment in Bristol.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of purchasing experience who is looking to develop their skills, build strong supplier relationships and play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations.
You’ll be responsible for a range of purchasing and administrative activities, from obtaining supplier quotations and raising purchase orders through to tracking deliveries and resolving supplier queries. Working closely with internal departments, you’ll help ensure materials and components are delivered on time, at the right cost and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities in the Buyer role
- Raising and managing purchase orders and sales orders.
- Requesting, reviewing and processing supplier quotations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new suppliers.
