NOW HIRING: CARPENTER – REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

Location: Crawley

Pay Rate: £22 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Crawley

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties.

Repair and replace doors, door frames, locks, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and flooring.

Complete a range of first and second fix carpentry works.

Undertake minor multi-trade repairs where required.

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Deliver a professional and customer-focused service while working in tenants' homes.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in reactive maintenance, ideally within social housing.

Full UK driving licence.

NVQ Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or a relevant trade qualification.

A professional attitude with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?
