Damp & Mould Operatives
Location: Lambeth & Surrounding
Pay: £20.50 PH CIS Van & Fuel Card
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Temp / Long-term
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Damp & Mould Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance team.
Duties include:
- Investigating and treating damp and mould in social housing properties
- Mould washes and remedial works
- Minor repairs and making good
- Identifying leaks, condensation and ventilation issues
- Working within occupied properties and providing good customer service
Requirements:
- Previous damp & mould or social housing maintenance experience
- Good general maintenance skills
- Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
£20.50 CIS company van & fuel card 42.5 hours Monday–Friday
