Digital Account Manager – 9-Month Contract

Working alongside creative, artwork and production teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with the client's expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing digital loyalty communications, out-of-store marketing campaigns and digital asset requirements.
• Acting as a key point of contact for the client's marketing teams, building strong and trusted relationships.
• Taking creative and digital briefs from concept through to final delivery.
• Briefing internal design, artwork and production teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated.
• Coordinating the creation of engaging, consumer-focused digital content across multiple markets.
• Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Monitoring campaign KPIs, costs and performance, identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Supporting content creation and copywriting requirements.
• Using digital tools and project management platforms to coordinate workflows.
• Managing purchase orders, reporting and campaign administration.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance client service and support account growth.
• Reporting directly to the Account Director.

About You

I'm looking for someone who is proactive, creative, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about delivering great client service.

You'll ideally have experience in a digital marketing, creative agency, marketing services or client-side environment, with a strong understanding of digital campaign delivery.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a Digital Account Manager or similar client-facing digital marketing role.
• A good understanding of digital marketing campaigns, digital assets and consumer communications.
• Experience managing creative projects from brief through to delivery.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Confidence working with creative, design and production teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database or management information systems.
• Familiarity with digital and project management tools such as Canva, Hootsuite or Trello.
• A positive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in digital loyalty programmes, out-of-store marketing and copywriting would be particularly advantageous.
