Pearson Carter are working with a growing Microsoft Partner who are looking to recruit a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant. Offering a salary of up to £50,000 and fully remote working, this is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team, providing technical support and helping customers get the most out of their Business Central systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Analyse and resolve technical issues, investigating support tickets through to resolution
Manage system configuration, user access, permissions and environment maintenance
Provide support across key modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory
Assist with system upgrades, software releases, testing and implementation of enhancements
Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to troubleshoot complex issues
Support customers with system queries, user training and best-practice guidance
Maintain technical documentation, support procedures and knowledge base resources
Build strong customer relationships, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and professionally
