Early Careers Advisor

We’re working with a professional services firm seeking an Early Careers Advisor. This role brings together recruitment, programme delivery and ongoing development, giving you involvement throughout the early careers journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating attraction, outreach activities and recruitment events

Managing applications, assessments, interviews and offer communications

Keeping future joiners engaged and organising their onboarding

Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes, including placements, reviews and progression

Working with managers and training providers to address development and wellbeing needs

• Managing performance and ER issues

Using recruitment and programme data to recommend improvements

Providing day-to-day guidance and development support to a junior colleague

You’ll have experience in early careers or HR, including involvement in graduate or apprenticeship programmes. Experience within legal or wider professional services would be helpful.
