The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical/Electronic Lecturer to join a Further Education college in Enfield on a temporary, ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical/electronic engineering professional who is passionate about teaching and supporting the next generation of engineers. The successful candidate will deliver engaging theoretical and practical teaching, helping learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and employability skills required for progression into further study or employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Teach both theoretical principles and practical workshop/laboratory sessions.
• Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and learning materials.
• Assess learner work in line with awarding body requirements.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive, developmental feedback.
