About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Electrician to join my clients facilities management team, working across a portfolio of commercial sites in Aberdeen.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join an established maintenance operation, carrying out a combination of planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, electrical testing and installation works across a varied commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to reactive electrical maintenance and breakdown requests, ensuring works are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial buildings.
- Undertake electrical inspection, testing and certification.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults across a range of commercial systems.
- Carry out routine electrical maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
- Complete emergency lighting testing and other associated electrical compliance checks.
