We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance and infrastructure across two sites, one based in Leicestershire and looking after another remotely with occasional visiting.
This is a hands-on management role, responsible for ensuring sites remain safe, efficient, compliant and fully operational.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day facilities and site maintenance operations.
- Lead, support and develop the Facilities Team.
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure plant, equipment and infrastructure are maintained to required standards.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance works, including obtaining quotes and communicating plans.
- Manage contractors, permits and relevant documentation.
- Work closely with Production and other departments on facilities requirements.
- Manage utilities, site services and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor contractor performance and service levels.
