Facilities Manager - Corporate Headquarters, London Bridge
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities services at a prestigious corporate headquarters located in the heart of London Bridge.
This is a single-site role responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of a modern corporate office environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of all hard and soft services, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, health and safety, workplace experience and operational efficiency.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and service partners, you will play a key role in creating a safe, productive and welcoming environment for employees and visitors while driving best practice across all aspects of facilities management.
The Role
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all facilities operations across the site. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, manage service contracts and supplier performance, and ensure that all building systems operate effectively and in accordance with statutory requirements.
