Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial heat pump systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults across a range of heating and cooling equipment Commission new commercial heat pump installations and system upgrades Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding system performance and efficiency improvements Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently Ensure all work is carried out in line with F-Gas regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety requirements
