HR Systems Specialist

We’re partnering with a professional services business to recruit an HR Systems Specialist. You’ll combine day-to-day system support with configuration, reporting and improvement work, helping HR colleagues get more from their technology.
The role will involve:
Maintaining and configuring the HR platform.
Investigating system issues and resolving data or integration problems.
Developing reports and dashboards that support business decisions.
Testing updates and helping introduce new functionality.
Turning HR requirements into practical system improvements.
Identifying opportunities to automate tasks and improve the user experience.
Working with HR, IT and external providers on enhancements.
You’ll bring at strong experience supporting and configuring Workday. Workday HCM certification would be useful, although it is not essential.
Alongside technical knowledge, you’ll understand HR processes and be able to explain system issues clearly to colleagues with different levels of technical experience.
