IT Coordinator – £35,275

Location: Central London

Salary: £35,275 (Progression up to £42,702)

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

Type: Permanent

We're lorking with a well-established professional organisation looking for an IT Coordinator to join its growing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer or IT Administrator looking to take on more responsibility within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

Coordinate with external IT providers and manage support escalations.

Maintain IT asset registers and support hardware procurement.

Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and access permissions.

Provide IT support, staff training and technical documentation.

Support IT security, governance and internal technology projects.

Requirements

Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration experience.

Background in IT Support, IT Administration or a similar role.

Understanding of ITIL and IT service management.

Experience with asset management and user support.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
