Fancy combining well-paid work with time near the Lakes? Arron is supporting a Carlisle practice that is looking for Locum GPs to cover week-long blocks, ideal if you like to travel for work and make the most of where you are.
Key Details:
– Location: Carlisle
– Role: Locum GP
– Rate: £700 per day
– Availability: 3–5 days available per week, booked in blocks, with flexibility
– Working pattern: Consecutive weekday sessions, booked in week-long or fortnightly blocks
– Patient workload: Up to 15 patients per session, with a structured duty rota shared across the clinical team
– Clinical system: SystmOne
– Start date: Blocks available from the coming month, with dates to suit you
Key Responsibilities:
– Running routine and same-day surgeries for a mixed city and rural patient list
– Taking part in the shared duty rota on agreed days
– Completing a small number of planned home visits to housebound patients
– Working alongside ANPs, practice nurses, a clinical pharmacist and the care coordinator
