The biggest selling point of this place is how much they keep engineers, they have an established team who have all been there for years. Due to growth they are now looking to add an additional maintenance engineer to the team. They need someone who is apprenticeship served within manufacturing, someone with experience on the following would be advantageous: Conveyors, carousels, x-ray machines and control systems
Benefits for the maintenance engineer:
- Really high job security

- training - both internal/external
- great longevity amongst the team
Experience required for the maintenance engineer:
- Exp. working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer - would look at either bias
- Must be apprenticeship served Level 3
- knowledge conveyors
- Attitude is key for this role, loads of development and progression opportunities for the electrical maintenance engineer
- Would look at maintenance engineers from any background including ex-forces
