Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a team working on a council contract across Birmingham North.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity carrying out a mixture of reactive repairs and planned maintenance within domestic properties.

Duties & Responsibilities

Carrying out general multi-trade repairs and maintenance.

Completing reactive maintenance and planned works.

Undertaking a variety of domestic property repairs.

Completing work to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

Liaising professionally with tenants and customers.

Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader.

Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance.

Good all-round maintenance skills across multiple trades.

Full UK driving licence.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
