About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a large social housing contractor, working on their social housing maintenance contract covering the Southwark area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader with experience across a range of maintenance trades to secure a long-term position with an established maintenance contractor.
The position is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, initially paying £22.00 per hour CIS, with a permanent salary of £43,000–£45,000 per annum upon successful completion of the temporary period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance repairs across social housing properties within Southwark.
Undertake a variety of carpentry repairs, including doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves and kitchen units.
