What We’re Looking For

This role would suit someone at an early stage in their freight forwarding career who is keen to learn, develop and progress.

You might currently be working as a Junior Freight Forwarder, Import Clerk, Logistics Coordinator or in a similar position, and be ready for an opportunity to broaden your experience.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Some previous experience within freight forwarding, shipping or logistics.

• An interest in ocean freight and a desire to develop your import knowledge.

You don’t need to know everything already. The right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing within freight forwarding are just as important as your existing experience.

What’s On Offer?

• £28,000-£31,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

• Bonus incentives and profit share.

• The opportunity to join an established, employee-owned freight forwarding business.

• A supportive team environment where learning and development are encouraged.
