Are you an experienced Pastoral Officer, Behaviour Mentor or School Support Professional looking for an immediate opportunity in Medway?

We are working with a secondary school in Medway who are looking for a confident and proactive Pastoral Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.

The Role

You will work closely with the school’s pastoral and behaviour teams to support students throughout the school day. Responsibilities will include:

Responding to pastoral and behaviour calls across the school

Supporting students with behaviour, attendance and wellbeing

Dealing confidently with challenging situations

Working closely with teaching, pastoral and senior staff

Recording incidents and updates accurately on the school’s systems

Supporting students to successfully return to lessons
