Project Co-ordinator

• Maintain project spreadsheets and accurate operational records.

• Monitor internal communication channels and escalate delivery issues where required.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager and wider project team.

• Provide out-of-hours support when needed during key stages of project delivery.

• Undertake some weekend remote monitoring of deliveries and collections when required.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to completing work accurately.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• The ability to remain calm and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, conscientious and analytical approach.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly when circumstances change.

• Good computer skills, including proven experience using Microsoft Office.

• Your own reliable mode of transport, as public transport to the site is very limited.

Working pattern

This is a full-time temporary position supporting a major Christmas project. Flexibility is essential, as the role may include some out-of-hours work and occasional weekend remote monitoring to support deliveries and collections.
