Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction subcontracting and delivering complex, high-value projects? This is an excellent opportunity to lead a projects team, manage key contracts and drive successful project delivery within a technical engineering environment.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee a team of project coordinators while directly managing major, high-risk contracts. You'll work closely with production, installation and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, customers remain satisfied and commercial targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the projects team, overseeing project coordinators and allocating workloads effectively.
- Manage high-value, complex contracts and support the delivery of multiple projects exceeding £5m in combined value.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring deadlines, budgets and customer requirements are met.
- Identify and manage contract variations, ensuring additional costs are agreed before work proceeds.
- Collaborate with production, installation and sales teams to maintain project efficiency and profitability.
