We have an exciting opportunity, with a leading Facilities Management business that is expanding its Projects team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong M&E background who enjoys being more than just a delivery Project Manager. You'll be working across the full project lifecycle, from understanding the client's requirements and developing the solution, through to pricing, delivery, stakeholder management and commercial performance.
The Role
You'll be working across an impressive portfolio of Central London commercial offices and towers, delivering a varied programme of M&E and refurbishment projects.
The work will predominantly include:
- M&E plant replacement and upgrades
- Lifecycle and capital works
- Mechanical and electrical upgrades
- Commercial office refurbishment and fit-out
- Working within live and occupied buildings
- Managing contractors, consultants and supply chain
- Client and stakeholder management
- Programme, budget and risk management
