Job title: Quality Engineer

Salary: 40-50k DOE
The opportunity:
ReeVR Talent are partnered with a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint a Quality Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong focus on customer and supplier complaints, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer and supplier complaints.
- Lead 8D problem-solving activities and structured root cause analysis.
- Act as the main quality contact for customer and supplier claims.
- Coordinate CAPA's.
- Prepare clear reports and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with Quality, Engineering, Production and Sales teams.
- Interpret customer requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively across the business.
- Support customer meetings, supplier discussions and quality reviews.
- Monitor quality KPIs and report performance to management.
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier complaint records.
- Drive continuous improvement and help prevent repeat quality issues.
