Duties as Reception Year Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
- Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development
- Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Promote independence, curiosity, and a love of learning
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, wellbeing, and achievement
Ideal Reception Year Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
