As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnet office. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a desk, build long-term relationships with schools and candidates, and work within a business that values quality, service and sustainable growth.
Unlike many agencies, you'll be supported by a dedicated resourcing and compliance team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: winning business, developing client partnerships and generating revenue.
The Role
- Managing and developing an education recruitment desk
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools across your area
- Growing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Recruiting, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff
- Managing bookings and vacancies from enquiry through to successful placement
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Working towards achievable performance and revenue targets
