Salary: Up to £55,000 £4.5k travel allowance

The Opportunity
We are working with an established social housing contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their Planned Works team.
The role will involve overseeing the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes across occupied social housing properties throughout South London.
You will be responsible for managing subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring kitchens and bathrooms are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to a Site Manager with previous experience delivering K&B programmes within social housing or other occupied residential environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works across multiple occupied properties.
Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring works are completed to programme and specification.
Coordinate daily site activities, labour and work sequencing to maintain productivity.
