Ideal Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience supporting pupils in a school setting
- Understanding of strategies for supporting children with a range of needs
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- Confidence working across different year groups
