• Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30
• Friday: 06:00 – 14:30

Week 3:

• Monday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Tuesday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Wednesday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Friday: 14:00 – 22:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and optimal performance.
• Drive team performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Organize and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring that operations meet company standards and objectives.
• Train, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, identified issues, and proposals for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
