1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 11 Student (ADHD & Autism), full-time starting asap

Duties as a 121 Teaching Assistant:
- Providing tailored 1:1 support in lessons and across the setting
- Supporting concentration, organisation, and engagement in learning
- Implementing strategies to meet the student's individual needs
- Assisting with emotional regulation and anxiety management
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience
- Supporting progress towards GCSE and academic targets
- Working closely with teachers, SEND staff, and parents where appropriate
- Building a positive, trusting, and professional relationship with the student
