Win new business across domestic and international road freight.

Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop major accounts.

Identify opportunities, negotiate rates and close profitable deals.

Develop tailored transport solutions alongside internal operations teams.

What We’re Looking For

Proven BDM experience within road freight or European road transport.

A strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.

Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
