Council Tax Officer needed in Nottingham

This is a temporary role and the rate is £17.30ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide administration and maintenance of Council Tax accounts by processing changes in liability, billing amendments and account updates.

They will be assessing and processing discounts, exemptions, disregards and Council Tax Reduction applications, applying Council Tax legislation and ensuring accurate account determination and responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and written correspondence.
