THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor covering properties throughout London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrician looking for a permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a manageable daily workload.
Although the contract covers the whole of London, electricians will only be required to work within ONE postcode area per day, minimising unnecessary travel between jobs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and testing within occupied and void social housing properties.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance within social housing properties.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults across domestic installations.
Completing electrical repairs, including sockets, switches, lighting and associated wiring.
