The Role:
Are you an experienced Employment Advisor/Specialist or Recruitment Consultant looking for a role where you can genuinely change lives? We are looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join a growing Connect to Work team across the Wirral. This rewarding opportunity involves supporting individuals with disabilities or health-related conditions to move closer to the workplace, secure sustainable employment, and build confidence for the future. Working within the community, you'll manage your own caseload, deliver tailored support, and help people overcome barriers to achieve their employment goals. This role would suit someone with a background in employment services or recruitment who is passionate about helping others succeed. The role involves:
- Managing a caseload of participants and delivering face-to-face support within the local community.
- Conducting in-depth assessments to understand each individual's skills, experience, aspirations and barriers to employment.
