Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant – £75k – Remote
We are currently working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist delivering full-cycle implementations, NAV migrations and ongoing support across multiple industries.
They are looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to lead solution design, oversee implementations and provide expert functional guidance across multiple projects.
The role combines hands-on consulting with technical leadership, client engagement and mentoring, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of their Business Central practice.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, upgrades and NAV migrations.
Own solution design, requirements gathering, workshops and fit-gap analysis.
Provide functional expertise across Business Central Finance, including GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, multi-currency and consolidation.
Support additional areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs and Warehousing.
Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and go-live.
Work closely with finance, operations and IT stakeholders to deliver effective ERP solutions.
Collaborate with AL developers on extensions, integrations and technical requirements.
Mentor consultants and support best practices across the Business Central team.
Manage delivery risks, stakeholder expectations and solution quality.
Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
Proven experience leading full-cycle implementations.
Strong functional expertise across Business Central Finance.
Experience in at least one additional area, such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs or Warehousing.
Experience with workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design and configuration.
Understanding of integrations, data migration and AL development.
Experience managing project delivery, testing and stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of multi-entity, multi-currency or consolidation environments.
Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
MB-800 certification.
Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
Knowledge of AL development, APIs and integrations.
Experience with Business Central SaaS implementations and NAV migrations.
Experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner.
