Blusource Recruitment is exclusively partnering with an established international organisation employing over 500 people across the UK to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. The Role

• Providing proactive HR advice and support across 3–4 operational sites

• Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues

• Coaching managers to build confidence and improve people management

About You

• Experienced HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR generalist

• Confident advising, coaching and influencing managers

• Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites

Experience in a multi-site environment or using HiBob would be advantageous, although not essential. Practical HR experience is valued above formal qualifications, so CIPD is not essential.
