Principal D365 Business Central Developer - £95k
Pearson Carter is working with a growing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner looking for a Principal Developer to help shape the technical direction of its Business Central practice. This is a senior individual-contributor role combining hands-on AL development, solution architecture, technical leadership and engineering standards.
THE ROLE
You’ll work alongside the Chief Architect to set the technical direction for Business Central solutions, while remaining hands-on with complex development and delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a technical design authority for D365 Business Central solutions
- Lead the design and delivery of complex BC extensions and customisations
- Define architecture across Business Central, integrations, Dataverse and Power Platform
- Establish and improve coding, testing, branching and release standards
- Drive ALM, source control and CI/CD through Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor Business Central Developers
- Support complex customer engagements, enterprise opportunities and pre-sales
