Recruitment Manager

We’re supporting a professional services business with the hire of a Recruitment Manager for a 14 month fixed term contract. You’ll lead experienced-hire recruitment, combining delivery with sourcing strategy, team management and process improvement.
You’ll take responsibility for:
Agreeing hiring priorities with business leaders and actioning them
Direct sourcing, referrals and talent pipelines
Overseeing recruitment processes and managing offers
Line management
Managing agency relationships, supplier performance and recruitment spend
Leading projects
You’ll have recruitment experience at Manager level within professional services or a partnership environment and experience managing others.
