Area Sales Manager – End-of-Line Packaging Automation
Location: West Coast of USA
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base + commission + benefits
The Role
An exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join an established packaging automation business, driving sales growth across the US West Coast or Southwest region.
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships and selling end-of-line packaging automation solutions to manufacturers across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and win new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
Build relationships with manufacturers, production facilities and key decision-makers.
Promote end-of-line packaging automation solutions, including case packing, palletising, conveying and integrated packaging systems.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial consultation through to negotiation and order placement.
Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
