Sales Administrator – HVAC

An established HVAC business is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to its sales team. The role involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining CRM records and producing sales reports covering pipeline activity, orders and revenue.

You will work closely with account managers and the wider sales department, ensuring meetings, customer communications and outstanding actions are organised and followed through. This position would suit an experienced Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator who is organised, commercially aware and confident working in a busy sales environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or sales coordination is advantageous

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot advantageous

Comfortable producing reports and working with sales figures

Good written and verbal communication skills

Able to coordinate meetings, manage enquiries and follow up outstanding actions

Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Proactive, reliable and comfortable supporting a busy sales team

Package

£28,000-£32,000 DOE

Role supporting an established HVAC sales department
