Senior Learning & Development Manager

We’re recruiting a Senior Learning and Development Manager for a professional services firm. With responsibility for professional and management skills development, you’ll shape programmes, facilitate learning and coach colleagues across different career stages.

Your remit will include:

Planning and managing a professional skills curriculum

Designing and delivering workshops for employees and senior leaders

Developing management programmes and supporting early career development

Providing individual and team coaching

Creating accessible learning across in-person, virtual and digital formats

Managing external providers and budgets

Evaluating changes in behaviour and performance, then using the findings to improve programmes

You’ll have substantial experience designing, facilitating and evaluating professional skills learning, ideally within legal or wider professional services.

Strong facilitation and coaching skills are essential, together with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and manage several programmes at once. A coaching qualification, psychometric accreditation or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
