Senior Recruitment Manager

We’re partnering with a professional services business seeking a senior recruitment leader to oversee hiring globally for a 14 month fixed term contract.

This role combines workforce planning, senior stakeholder advice and recruitment improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Translating workforce requirements into recruitment priorities

Reviewing hiring progress, candidate pipelines and emerging risks

Advising senior leaders on complex and business-critical appointments

Coordinating senior leadership recruitment and external search relationships

Leading projects involving recruitment technology, automation and delivery models

Improving recruitment reporting, governance and consistency

Supporting recruitment colleagues through guidance, constructive challenge and shared learning

You’ll bring a strong track record in senior in-house recruitment, ideally covering multiple countries or business areas within professional services, consulting or a partnership environment.
