Technical Support Officer needed in Maldon Paying £15 per hr ref 24116

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for cemetery and bereavement operations.
• Maintain accurate records relating to burials, grave ownership, memorials, exclusive rights and cemetery documentation.
• Process burial applications, memorial permits and associated service requests.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and service issues in a professional, compassionate and timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact for funeral directors, contractors, internal departments and members of the public.
• Support the coordination of cemetery activities and operational workloads.
• Assist with income collection, invoicing and financial administration processes.
• Monitor and update cemetery databases and information management systems.
• Support service improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Assist with special projects, memorial events and ceremonial activities as required.
• Contribute to the development of guidance, procedures and customer information materials.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Data Protection and risk management requirements.
