Electrician – Social Housing / Responsive Repairs

£45,000 Company Van Benefits Pension

Permanent 39 hours per week

We are recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a responsive repairs team covering Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Essential qualifications – please check before applying

• City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 OR NVQ Level 3 Electrical
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – BS 7671
• AM2 preferred for another role
• Full UK Driving Licence

Highly desirable For the Electrician

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
• EICR experience
• Previous social housing / responsive repairs experience

You’ll carry out day-to-day electrical repairs in occupied properties, working independently and delivering excellent customer service.

Package:

• £45,000 per annum
• Company van
• Permanent, 39-hour working week, Monday-Friday
• £525 additional payment for an out-of-hours callout week
• Up to 9% matched pension contribution
• Sick pay, life insurance and additional benefits
