We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across Southampton.

The Role
Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation work within social housing properties.
Diagnosing electrical faults and completing necessary repairs.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards.
Completing electrical testing, inspections and associated paperwork where required.
Providing a professional service to residents and customers.
Requirements
Relevant electrical qualifications.
Experience working as an electrician, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
