Electrician (Planned Works)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team delivering planned electrical works across a large portfolio of residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrician with a background in social housing, domestic installations, planned maintenance or refurbishment to join a stable and growing organisation.

The Role

As a Planned Works Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works across occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your work will include:

• Carrying out electrical installations, repairs, servicing and inspection & testing.
• Delivering planned electrical works within occupied and non-occupied properties.
• Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Undertaking full property rewires and associated electrical works.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible.
• Completing inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations.
• Working from drawings and specifications to establish project requirements.
